Welcome to World Radio App. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the World Radio App mobile application (the "App") operated by World Radio App ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
World Radio App is a free mobile application that provides access to online radio stations from around the world. The App aggregates publicly available radio streams and provides a user-friendly interface for discovering and listening to live radio content. We do not produce, own, or control the content broadcast by radio stations.
3. User Conduct
When using the App, you agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
- Use the App to transmit any malicious software or code
- Record, redistribute, or rebroadcast any content accessed through the App without proper authorization
- Use automated systems or software to extract data from the App
4. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, logos, graphics, and software, is owned by World Radio App and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Radio content streamed through the App is owned by the respective radio stations and broadcasters. World Radio App does not claim ownership of any third-party content.
5. Third-Party Content
The App provides access to radio streams operated by third-party broadcasters. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, quality, or availability of these streams. Radio stations may change, suspend, or discontinue their broadcasts at any time without notice.
The availability of specific stations may vary based on your geographic location, network conditions, or the broadcaster's policies.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The App will be available at all times or operate without interruptions
- The App will be free of errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities
- Any specific radio station will be available or accessible
- The quality of audio streams will meet your expectations
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, World Radio App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for using the App (if any).
8. Modifications to the App
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which World Radio App operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
